Our flags are printed in small batches on 300 gsm recycled polyester and spandex (5%) blend fabric.  This synthetic fabric is knit using polyester yarn that is commonly made from recycled bottles. The spandex gives the fabric its flexibility and wrinkle-resistant qualities. The graphics are applied using a dye-sublimation process that holds vivid color that’s stable and fade-resistant. 3/4" Hems are hand-sewn on all 4 sides.

The Whole Ship Banner

For groups of 20 people or more where you want to be able to read the text. This large banner takes up a lot of space in a bag and weighs nearly 2 pounds (about the weight of a pair of hiking shoes). Our flags and banners are waterproof and won't smudge or bleed, and they are wrinkle-resistant.

However, they will show folds and creases if not cared for properly or if they are stored folded for a long period of time.

The easiest way to remove any fold lines is to run the flag under warm water and lay it flat to dry on a towel.

If your flag gets dirty you can toss it in the washing machine using warm water and you can tumble dry it using low heat.

Due to the nature of the fabric, liquids spilled on the flag are often difficult to remove (we're looking at you, red wine and hot chocolate!)
